①The filter bag manufacturer selects fine fibers to increase the filtration area of the filter material and reduce the filter gap of the filter material, which improves the filtration efficiency of the filter material and reduces the emission concentration and running resistance.

②The filter material is produced using imported equipment, and the performance of the produced filter material is stable.

2. Filter material post-processing guided by customer working conditions.

According to the changes in dust characteristics, the needle felt filter material is subjected to different surface treatments or protective layers to meet customer needs for different working conditions.

3. The filter bags are produced in strict accordance with the GB12625-90 national standard to ensure the product's factory qualification rate.

① The bag mouth uses an elastic expansion ring and a saddle pad (not a rubber ring) made of the same material as the filter material to prevent the rubber ring from aging at high temperatures and causing the filter bag to fall off.

② The seams of the bag mouth are dislocated to ensure a tight fit between the bag mouth and the flower board to prevent dust from leaking from the flower board holes.

③The needle pitch of the filter bag is 25±1, the filter bag has no slipping or floating threads, and the comprehensive strength of the filter bag seam is >1000N.
