The pulse bag filter is a new type of high-efficiency pulse bag filter improved on the basis of the bag filter. In order to further improve the pulse bag filter, the improved pulse bag filter retains the advantages of high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, convenient operation, long filter bag life, and small maintenance workload. Moreover, reforms have been made on the collection structure of the pulse filter bag and the pulse valve to solve the problems of open-air placement and low pressure of the compressed air source.
Working principle of pulse dust collector bag:
The pulse bag dust collector is composed of an ash hopper, an upper box, a middle box, a lower box and other parts. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. During operation, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. The coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upward with the turning of the air flow. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the pulse dust collector bag and is filtered. The final gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The dust cleaning process is to first cut off the air outlet duct of the room so that the bags in the room are in a state where there is no air flow (stop the air in different rooms to clean the dust). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to perform pulse jet cleaning. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag settles into the ash hopper after blowing, avoiding the dust from being separated from the surface of the filter bag and agglomerating with the air flow. To the surface of adjacent filter bags, the filter bags are completely cleaned, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable controller.
