The dust filter bag is the heart of the bag dust collector during operation. Usually the cylindrical pulse filter bag is hung vertically in the dust collector. The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet and passes through the guide plate of the ash hopper. Part of the large particles of dust in the gas are separated by the inertial force and fall directly into the ash hopper. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the box. Most of the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag and is clean. The gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and is then discharged from the air outlet. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag and prevent it from collapsing. At the same time, it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
Commonly used materials are divided into the following 8 types:
1. Acrylic dust bag
Acrylic needle punched felt, whose chemical name is homopolyacrylonitrile, is made from acrylic needle punched felt as raw material. After special water-repellent treatment, an acrylic medium-temperature hydrolysis resistant needle punched filter felt is obtained. The air permeability is 14M3/M2·min@200Pa, the instant working temperature is 140℃, and the normal working temperature is 120℃. Needle punched felt uses acrylic woven fabric as the base fabric to enhance vertical and horizontal strength. It has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance and is widely used in dust collection of flue gases such as asphalt, dryers, coal mills, and power plant sintering machines.
2. PPS dust bag
PPS needle felt is a filter material made of PPS fiber (polyphenylene sulfide) through three-dimensional needle punching. It can be used for a long time at a temperature of about 160°C. PPS fiber, also known as polyphenylene sulfide fiber, has good chemical stability and strength integrity due to its special molecular structure. It is particularly effective in flue gas environments with high sulfur content and is suitable for coal-fired boilers. , electricity, garbage incineration and other highly acidic flue gas filtration environments.
Aramid (common name: aromatic polyamide fiber) has long-term temperature resistance of 204°C and instantaneous temperature resistance of 240°C. It has strong alkali resistance and medium acid resistance. It is a good material for handling high-temperature gases between 180 and 220°C. Aramid needle-punched filter material is widely used in steel, cement, electric power, chemical and other industries. It is an ideal flue gas dust removal filter material.
4. P84 high temperature resistant dust bag
P84 needle felt is made of three-dimensional needle-punched P84 fiber. P84 fiber (polyimide fiber) has good high temperature resistance and can withstand high temperatures up to 260°C. The cross-section of P84 fiber is irregular leaf-shaped, which can greatly improve filtration. Effect. The fiber itself also has certain hydrolysis and antioxidant properties. This product has good temperature resistance and good filtration effect, and is widely used in complex working conditions such as concrete mixing, cement, waste incineration, and coal-fired boilers.
5. PTFE dust bag
PTFE needle felt is a filter material made of three-dimensional needle punching of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene fiber). PTFE fiber has a macromolecular linear structure, so it has extremely strong temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. It is widely used in various harsh flue gas filtration environments such as steel, electricity, and waste incineration.
This filter material is a high-temperature resistant filter material with reasonable structure and good performance. It not only has the advantages of fiberglass woven fabrics such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, minimal elongation and contraction, and high strength, but the fibers of the felt layer bear single fibers, have a three-dimensional microporous structure, high porosity, and have low resistance to gas filtration. , is a relatively high-speed, high-efficiency high-temperature filter material. Compared with other high-temperature resistant chemical fiber felts, it has special advantages such as low price, low running resistance, high filtration accuracy, and higher temperature resistance. It is suitable for high-temperature flue gas filtration in steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement, chemical and other industries.
7. Laminated cloth bag
The above various material filter bags can provide corresponding film-coated filter bags. PTFE microporous membrane can effectively filter dust with a particle size of 2.5um. It is the preferred solution to solve PM2.5 and an important way to ensure that the emission concentration under various working conditions is below 10mg/Nm3.
