The large-scale low-pressure reverse blowing pulse bag filter is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, an air inlet equalizing pipe, a support filter bag, a blowing device, and an ash unloading device. The dust-laden gas flows from the bag filter. The air inlet equalizing pipe enters the ash hopper of each compartment, and under the guidance of the ash hopper diversion device, the large particle dust is separated and directly falls into the ash hopper, while the finer dust evenly enters the middle box and is adsorbed on the filter. On the outer surface of the bag, clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag, and is discharged into the atmosphere through each offline valve and exhaust pipe.

With the progress of the filtering condition, the dust on the back blowing filter bag will accumulate more and more. When the resistance of the equipment reaches the limited resistance value (generally set to 1500Pa), the dust removal control device will press the differential pressure setting value or the dust removal After the gray time setting value automatically closes the off-line valve of the first chamber, the electric control pulse valve is opened according to the set procedure, and the wind is stopped for blowing. The pressure in the filter bag is increased by the instantaneous blowing of compressed air, and the dust on the filter bag is discharged. Shake it off (even fine dust can be easily cleaned) into the ash hopper and be discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
